POLICIES
DELIVERY AND PICK-UP TIME-FRAME POLICY


All-Day Rentals
An "All-Day" rental means "Same-Day" rental and the "Rental Period" is from 11:00am to 7:00pm. Due to our delivery schedule being determined geographically on a last-minute basis, we have formed time-frames for both delivery and pick-up of your inflatable rental (see below). Note: Your inflatable rental will be delivered no later than 11:00am and picked-up no earlier than 7:00pm.

All-Day Rental Period: 11:00am-7:00pm
Delivery Time-Frame: Between 7:00am - 11:00am
Pick-Up Time-Frame: Between 7:00pm - 11:00pm

4-Hour Rentals
Your inflatable rental will be delivered and set-up no later than your scheduled Rental Period Start Time and will be picked-up no earlier than your Rental Period End Time.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
(NOTE: We do not accept personal checks)


• To reserve an inflatable rental, we require a $75.00 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, with the exception of our "Inclement Weather Refund Policy" (see below). Please note your $75 deposit can be applied to a future inflatable rental or party at FunFlatabes. Your deposit can be paid via cash or credit card (Note: WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS).

Balance Due

Payment in full is due upon set up of your inflatable(s).

INCLEMENT WEATHER REFUND POLICY
("no refunds if delivered")


INCLEMENT WEATHER BACK-UP PLAN--Before you cancel your party due to inclement weather, call FunFlatables for availability at either of our indoor facilities and bring your party to us. Your deposit can be transferred right over. (NOTE: Subject to availability.)

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ALLOWED DUE TO THE FOLLOWING WEATHER CONDITIONS:

RAIN—If it is raining, FunFlatables and/or Customer reserve the right to cancel the inflatable with a full refund to customer.

THREATENING TO RAIN—If it is threatening to rain, FunFlatables will attempt to contact you by phone the day of your event. Customer will be given the option of canceling with a full refund. If customer chooses not to accept this option, the inflatable will be delivered thus NO REFUND will be given if it rains AND FunFlatables can choose to pick-up the rental at any time. (Note: Delivery, set-up, pick-up, clean-up and dry-out of a wet inflatable is very time-consuming). If Customer can not be reached by phone, FunFlatables reserves the right to make the choice whether or not to deliver the inflatable(s).

HIGH WINDS—If wind conditions exceed 20 miles per hour before we deliver your inflatable rental, FunFlatables will be forced to cancel your rental with a full refund. If high winds occur during your rental period, for safety reasons, FunFlatables will be forced to pick-up the inflatable rental with a pro-rated refund.

COLD WEATHER—If it is below 50 degrees, FunFlatables and/or Customer reserve the right to cancel your inflatable rental with a full refund.

SURFACE REQUIREMENT POLICY FOR INFLATABLE RENTAL SET-UPS


The surface must be level and include:
• Grass
• Concrete
• Blacktop
• Carpet
• Wood Flooring

We will NOT set-up an inflatable on the following surfaces:
• Gravel
• Rock
• Dirt
• Sand

CANNED SPRAY STRING AND TAPE POLICY


• Canned spray strings in any form are strictly prohibited in or around the inflatable unit at any time. This includes participants who may have the canned spray string on them from previous play.

• Canned spray string will cause permanent damage to the vinyl materials used in construction of the inflatable and will cause permanent damage to the inflatable.

• This damage may include discoloration, removal of the protective fire coating, weakening of the fabric and loss of water repellency and more.

• It is understood that the rental customer will abide by these rules at all times.

• It is further understood by the rental customer that they will be fully responsible for any and all damages caused by canned spray strings.

• This damage will result in either the repair of the unit by a professional inflatable repair company or full replacement of the inflatable with the cost of these repairs and/or replacement being the sole responsibility of the rental customer to include any and all state sales tax and shipping costs.

• No tape of any kind is allowed on an inflatable! If signs are needed, they must be placed elsewhere, such as on a table, chair, box, staked into the ground or on a portable folding base– but not on an inflatable. The customer will be charged a fee of $150.00 per inflatable if tape has been used.
